How to Use Quantum Brite

Quantum Brite is best added at the coldest and latest point in the process – directly into the brite tank. This ensures precise flavor control and protects against the loss of aromatic compounds due to yeast activity or biotransformation.

Dosing Guide: Start at 0.065 mL/L and adjust to taste – the practical range is 0.065–0.26 mL/L. For a quick trial, add a single drop directly into a glass of beer or sparkling water. A full 5 mL vial is intended for approximately 20 L (one keg) – add it, wait a week for full integration, and taste the difference.
