This low-sulphur-producing Craft Series strain ferments with exceptional cleanliness: no detectable H₂S, no interference, leaving your fruit character vivid, fresh, and completely unmasked. The result is a crisp, dry finish that showcases your ingredients exactly as they should be.
Suitable for brewing all types of cider.- Attenuation: 95–100%
- Flocculation: Very High (5/5)
- Alcohol Tolerance: 15% ABV
Terms of service:
