A unique lager strain that has the ability to ferment at ale temperatures without the associated off-flavours. Furthermore extended lagering periods are not required.
Suitable for California Common and lagers fermented at ambient (ale) temperatures.- Flocculation Rate: 4/5 (high)
- Attenuation: 77-82%
- Recommended Temperature Range: 18-20°C
- Alcohol tolerance: 9.0%
- Dosage: 10 g for max 23 l
Terms of service:
