    The Mango Juicy Pale Ale kit is designed for brewers seeking an exceptionally high-quality beer bursting with exotic fruit aromas. The aromatic bouquet is enriched by American and New Zealand hops, as well as ripe, juicy mango puree. A silky texture, gentle sweetness, and a perfect balance of tropical fruit aromas and fresh mango fruit.

     

     

    With this kit, you will brew 24 liters of beer.

     

    Original Gravity (OG): 1.058-1.065
    Final Gravity (FG): 1.012-1.019
    Alcohol by Volume (ABV): approx. 5.8%
    Color: approx. 7 EBC
    Bitterness: approx. 30 IBU


    Fermentation time: approx. 1-2 week; conditioning time: up to 2–4 weeks.

     

    Kit includes:

    3.5 kg „Best Heidelberg“ malt;

    1 kg "Best Wheat" malt;

    0.8 kg flaked oats;

    0.3 kg "Best Caramel Pils" malt.

     

     

    Hops:

    10 g “Columbus” hops (60 min. boiling);

    50 g “Nectaron” hops (1 min. boiling);

    50 g “Nectaron” hops (dry hopping).

     

    Recipe add-ons:

    500 g lactose;

    3.1 kg mango puree.

     

    Yeast:

    1 x 11g sachet Danstar LalBrew New England dry beer yeast.
