"Talus" hops are characterized by strongly expressed aromas of citrus fruits, grapefruit, flowers, stone fruits. There are also aromas of oak, pine and coconut. This hop, a relative of the "Sabro" hop, so the distinctive coconut aroma is even softer than before. "Talus" is not only perfect for making aromatic IPA beers, but will also be suitable for making Pilsner-type beers, due to the excellent balance of bitterness it creates.
