Granulated hops „Superdelic™“

Superdelic™ is a triploid variety, bred in 2012 in New Zealand and released commercially in 2023.

Complex aromas of tropical fruit, stone fruit and spice. Dry hopping, especially early in the fermentation, with the help of biological transformation, gives intense aromas of ripe tropical fruit.

Chewing gum, tropical fruit and fresh aromas dominate.

Alpha acidity: 9-12%.
Beta acidity: 3-5%.
Cohumulone: ​​26-30%.
Total oil content: 1.5-2.2ml/100g
