With the FermZilla thermowell you never lose sight of your fermentation. You can easily shorten the thermowell to fit the length of your fermenter. Because the thermowell reaches the core of your tank and of your beer, you always have the most accurate temperature reading. Using a sufficiently long probe thermometer, you can accurately measure the current temperature in your fermenter.
