An American hop variety with a high alpha concentration. One of the "Three C" varieties (the others are "Cascade" and "Centennial"), which have a strong citrus, slightly woody aroma. Alternative to "Nugget" and "Chinook" hops for bittering, "Cascade" and "Centennial" for aroma.
Alpha acidity: 12-17%.
