Equipment features:

• Digital temperature controller, adjustable from 0°C to 140°C

• Built-in thermostat maintains a steady temperature throughout the mashing or boiling process

• Heating element power controlled by buttons with fixed settings: 500 W and 1900 W. Activating both buttons simultaneously provides 2400 W

• Made of polished stainless steel (304). The kettle features volume markings in liters and gallons (accuracy: +/- 1 liter)
