Citrus aurantium var. Aurantium
Bitter orange peel, also often called curaçao orange peel, is an important ingredient in the liqueur of the same name. Brewers mainly use it in Witbiers, but you might also see it on the label of blond or Tripel style beers. Add at the end of the boil.Terms of service:
