BEST Heidelberg Wheat malt
Extra light wheat malt, giving a refreshing aroma and the typical taste of top-fermented wheat beer. This malt is made only from the highest quality, selected malting wheat varieties, which do not tend to darken during the production process. Due to the properties of the raw material, the protein content is slightly more moderate than that of regular BEST wheat malt.
Use: wheat, light, non-alcoholic, with reduced alcohol content, top-fermented, "Kolch", various ales.
Color 2.5 EBCTerms of service:
- Goods are delivered to the specified address within 1-3 days from order confirmation;
