BEST Heidelberg malt.
The lightest of all base malts, suitable for any bottom-fermented and top-fermented beer. It is used to produce beer with a very light color and exceptional brightness.
Can be used in combination with other BEST specialty malts to achieve the desired taste and color.
Due to its extremely high enzyme content, processing efficiency and color neutrality, BEST Heidelberg malt is ideal for optimizing the process when processing large quantities of BEST specialty malts.
The malt is made from high-quality two-row spring barley harvested in the best barley-growing regions of Germany and other European countries.
Malt properties: low protein content, high substance content, light color and high enzymatic activity.

Color 2.5-3 EBCTerms of service:
