Diastatic power WK 250
BEST Chit Malt
This malt contains a particularly high amount of so-called starter enzymes (= high diastatic power). This improves the conversion of the material into starch and thus increases the yield. BEST Chit Malt does not affect the color of the beer. It is recommended to mix 1:1 with non-malt materials.
Used to balance highly soluble, lighter-bodied malts, as well as for a stiffer head.

Application: all beers.
Color 4 EBCTerms of service:
- Goods are delivered to the specified address within 1-3 days from order confirmation;
