Adds a distinct, almost overpowering malt aroma and flavor to dark lagers, amber beers, German Bocks and other beers, even if this malt only makes up 10% of the total malt weight.
Uses: pale and dark ales, wheat beers, porters, stouts, bocks, specialty beers.
Color 50 EBCTerms of service:
