Anthony's dark - all grain recipe

This is a dark, but light-tasting, rich-aromatic session beer.

With this kit you will brew 24 liters of beer.

Original gravity (OG) – 1.050

Final gravity (FG) – 1.011

Alcohol about 5%

Color about 38 EBC

Bitterness about 12 IBU

Fermentation time about 1 week, maturation time 2-3 weeks.

5 kg barley malt "BEST Pale Ale"

0.5 kg caramel barley malt "Best Special X";

Hops:

20 g “East Kent Golding” hops (60 min. boiling);

20 g “East Kent Golding” hops (5 min. boiling).
