  • This is a rich amber-colored ale, light, slightly bitter - a refreshing beer with "character". This special character is given to it by our selected special malts and "Target" hops, and the lightness is ensured by high-attenuation American ale yeast.

    With this kit you will brew 24 liters of beer.

    Original gravity (OG) - 1.048-1.050

    Final gravity (FG) - 1.010-1.015

    Alcohol concentration about 4.7%

    Color about 31 EBC

    Bitterness about 23 IBU

    Fermentation time about 1 week, maturation time 2-3 weeks.

    The kit includes:

    Fermentable materials:

    1.7 kg of liquid light malt extract "Savas alus" (60 min. boiling);

    1.7 kg of liquid light malt extract “Savas alus” (15 min. boiling);

    0.5 kg of roasted barley malt “BEST BISCUIT” (crushed, soaked before boiling);

    0.5 kg of barley malt “BEST Melanoidin” (crushed, soaked before boiling).

    Hops:

    15 g of “Target” hops (60 min. boiling);

    15 g of “Target” hops (15 min. boiling).

    Additionally:

    5 g of Irish moss (15 min. boiling);

    Material bag for soaking grains – 1 pc.

    Yeast:

    Dry brewer’s yeast LalBrew Nottingham 11 g – 1 pc.
