    The temperature of the liquid filled into the Fermzilla must never exceed 50 ° C.

    We recommend purchasing a CO2 gas cylinder for convenient transfer of fermented beverage to a keg, bottle or can or pouring directly from the device into glasses.
     
    Note:

    When using the tank under pressure, a water pressure test should be performed to ensure that the connections are watertight. To do this, fill the FermZilla with water, then apply at least 15 psi of pressure to the tank. Check for leaks around the connections and threads.
