The temperature of the liquid filled into the FermZilla must never exceed 50 °C.

We recommend purchasing a CO2 gas cylinder so you can easily transfer the fermented beverage into a keg, bottle, or can, or dispense directly from the unit into glasses.

Note: When using the vessel under pressure, a water pressure test must be performed to ensure that the connections do not leak. To do this, fill the FermZilla with water, then pressurize the vessel to at least 15 psi. Check for leaks around the connections and threads.
