Fermentable materials:
1.7 kg of liquid pale malt extract "Savas alus" (60 min. boiling);
1.7 kg of liquid pale malt extract "Savas alus" (15 min. boiling);
1 kg of "Pale Ale" malt (crushed, soaked before boiling);
0.3 kg caramel “CaraPils” malt (crushed, soaked before boiling);
0.3 kg caramel “CaraRed” malt (crushed, soaked before boiling).
Hops:
30 g “Hallertau Mittelfruh” (60 min. boiling);
30 g “Spalt select” (15 min. boiling).
Additionally:
5 g Irish moss (15 min. boiling);
1 fabric bag for soaking grains
Yeast:
dry brewer's yeast "Lallemand Danstar Abbaye" 11g - 1 pc.
Notes:
These ingredients are recommended, not included in the kit, but if you can't find any, you can do without them:
1 tsp. cardamom (15 min. cooking);
1 tsp. orange peel (15 min. cooking);
1 tsp. coriander (15 min. cooking).
