1.7 kg of liquid light malt extract “Savas alus”;
1.7 kg of liquid dark malt extract “Savas alus”;
1 kg of Munich malt (crushed, soaked before boiling);
0.25 kg of Best Special-X malt (crushed, soaked before boiling);
0.25 kg of Best Caramel Amber malt (crushed, soaked before boiling);
0.25 kg of Best Caramel Munich II malt (crushed, soaked before boiling);
0.03 kg of Chocolate Dehusked malt (crushed, soaked before boiling).
Hops:
30 g of “Hallertau Perle” hops (40 min. boiling);
100 g of “Saphir” hops (0 min. boiling).
Additionally:

Yeast:
dry brewer’s yeast Lallemand Danstar Windsor 11 g – 1 pc.
Notes:
After boiling, aerate the cooled wort well. It is advisable to rehydrate the yeast before adding it to the wort.
