Ferminator is a revolution in controlled fermentation. Fermentation is now possible with precision and stability.
At room temperature, the Ferminator can lower the temperature to 0°C and raise it to +50°C.
The height can be easily increased using additional 22 cm high extension modules (available separately).
The Ferminator allows you to ferment at exactly the desired temperature. For example, you can ferment a fuller or lager at the required low temperature
or an ale at a high temperature to obtain a lot of the desired esters.
The fermenter maintains a constant temperature during fermentation. A constant fermentation temperature ensures that unwanted flavors are avoided.
The Ferminator allows you to fully control the fermentation and allows you to experiment with completely new flavor profiles.
Cooling/heating unit
At room temperature (20°C), the fermenter can lower the temperature to 0°C and raise it to 50°C*.
The built-in fan ensures an even temperature throughout the fermenter.
The control unit is easily programmable and displays the current temperature and the set temperature.
The temperature sensor can be mounted on the fermentation vessel or inside it with a safety pin, thus measuring the exact temperature of the liquid.
Maximum power consumption: 75 watts, standby mode: 1 watt.
*Tested with Ferminator Basic, additional cooling/heating equipment may be required when using expansion modules.
