Tap PVC with sediment protection

A tap for a fermentation vessel with some kind of sediment protection (raises the level of the drained liquid higher from the bottom, thus leaving more room for sediment to form).

For a 25 mm diameter hole, the maximum vessel wall thickness is 10 mm.
