With this set you will brew 23 liters of beer.

Original gravity (OG) – 1.052-1.055

Final gravity (FG) – 1.010-1.013

Alcohol concentration about 5%

Color about 8 EBC

Bitterness about 20 IBU

Fermentation time about 1-2 weeks, maturation time up to 2-3 weeks

The set includes:

Fermentable materials:

3.8 kg "Best Heidelberg" malt;

0.8 kg "Best Wheat" malt;

0.8 kg "Best Vienna" malt;

0.1 kg "Best Acid" malt;

Hops:

40 g “Spalt Select” hops (60 min. boiling);

20 g “Mittlefruh” hops (5 min. boiling);

Yeast:

Dry brewer’s yeast LalBrew® NovaLager 11 g – 1 pc.

Notes:

Recommended fermentation temperature 14-17 C. In the absence of fermentation control, fermentation can also be carried out at room temperature. It is also recommended (but not necessary) to age the beer at 0-4 C for at least 5 weeks after bottling or casks.
